Decoder: Shifty Business

When you start a new game, you'll be given a list of possible answers, but only one of them is correct.

Decode the Question

In order to figure out the correct answer, you must first reveal the question that is hidden inside the image on the game board.

Drag the rows or columns to their correct positions so that the question is revealed. You may also use the provided arrow buttons if you prefer not to drag.

Keep in mind that you only need to reveal just enough of the question to be able to decode it.

Once you think you know the question, select the correct answer.

Tips & Tricks

This game can get very challenging very quickly. Consider these helpful hints to get you started.

• Look for squares that are revealing part of the question. Those squares are in their correct final location.

• Build outward from a small block of squares that you have already been solved.

• If possible, start from a corner and solve squares in a rectangular design until you reach the opposite corner.

• Always leave at least one row and one column available that you can use to swap in correct squares from elsewhere in the puzzle.

Game Modes

To start a new game, choose one of the three possible game modes.

• Challenge Mode: limited time and the puzzle gets harder each round.

• Relaxed Mode: unlimited time, but the puzzle still gets harder each round.

• Custom Mode: set your own timer and puzzle difficulty.
